Management team
The CEO of Lifeline SPAC I Plc is appointed by the Board of Directors. The CEO oversees and develops the company’s business and is in charge of executive management in accordance with the guidelines of the Board of Directors. The CEO presents proposals to the Board of Directors and reports to the Board. The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day executive management of the company in accordance with the instructions and orders given by the Board and ensures that the company’s accounting complies with legislation and that financial management is organized in a reliable manner. The duties of the CEO are governed primarily by the Limited Liability Companies Act. The Board of Directors evaluates the work of the CEO and the achievement of goals set for the CEO.
The CEO has a written CEO agreement.
